WhoHasMyEmail

Terms of Service

Last updated: December 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and service available at whohasmyemail.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the service

WhoHasMyEmail is a paid scanning service that analyzes your Gmail inbox to discover online accounts associated with your email address. The Service is owned and operated by Martin S, based in Sweden (EU).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

3. Your responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

4. Gmail access and permissions

The Service uses Google OAuth to obtain read-only access to your Gmail inbox. You authorize this access through Google’s own interface.

You may revoke this access at any time at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

5. Payments

The Service is offered as a one-time purchase for a single scan. The current price is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds.

6. No subscription

The Service is not a subscription. You are charged once per scan, and there are no recurring fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.

7. Reports and delivery

After completing a scan, we will generate a PDF and an Excel report summarizing the accounts discovered. These reports are delivered to the email address you provide or the Gmail address you connect.

We aim to deliver reports within the approximate time frame stated on the website (for example 15–40 minutes), but this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on inbox size, technical conditions, or outages.

8. Refunds

Our general approach to refunds is described on the Refund Policy page. In summary, we may offer a refund in limited cases (for example, if the scan fails due to a technical issue on our side and cannot be completed).

Because the Service is digital and begins shortly after purchase, we typically do not provide refunds once a scan has successfully started and reports have been delivered.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

10. No guarantee of completeness

The Service attempts to find as many relevant accounts as possible based on email patterns and headers. However, we do not guarantee that every single account associated with your email will be found.

Different inbox configurations, filters, or deletions may limit what can be detected.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the scan in question.

13. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will try to avoid disruptions and may, where reasonable, complete scans that have already been paid for.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

16. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us via the Contact page on the website.

These Terms are a general framework and not a substitute for professional legal advice. If you require legal certainty, please consult a lawyer.
